Panther features an out-of-the-box Business Central integration which can quickly send out invoices, signed timesheets and backing reports via email in one PDF attachment.

 

Page 1: Invoice

Shift data from Panther is used to automatically generate an invoice which is sent directly to the specified contacts.

 

 

Page 2: Timesheet

Digital copies of approved timesheets are included in the same PDF after the invoice for ease of use.

 

Page 3: Backing Report

Page 3 onwards includes further information such as timesheet confirmations via email/booking reference numbers/ direct engagement commisision breakdowns.

 

Automated Invoice Emails: Below is an example of the automated invoices sent out when using the Panther and Business Central integration. Invoice information is summarised in the email itself, whilst detailed information is all included in the attachment. Automated invoicing makes the process quicker and easier for everyone, and the attachment contains all the information you all need.
