If a timesheet authoriser is not available at the end of a shift, the timesheet can be sent to them via email to complete when possible.
Step 1: To start the approval process click on ‘Send for approval via email’. A timesheet link will be sent to the authoriser.
Step 2: Once the email has arrived click on ‘Check & Approve Timesheets’. This will take you to Panther so you can review the worker’s timesheet.
Step 3: Check the start/finish time, break time and any expenses. Once you are happy, click ‘Approve’.
Step 4: Click ‘I agree to the above’ to confirm you’ve read the declaration. Type your name, position, email and signature. Your information will be saved for future timesheets.
Step 5: Once you have confirmed the worker’s shift you can click ‘Done’ and the timesheet will be approved
