This guide is designed to walk you through the step-by-step process of using the Summary Approval functionality, allowing you to efficiently review, verify and approve multiple timesheets with just a few clicks.

 

A. Configuration 

Step 1: Login to your Panther Software portal, click on the 'settings icon'.

 

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Configuration' menu button and select 'Timesheet Configuration'

 

Step 3: Switch on the following settings (in the below order).

  • By Client Accordian View
  • Allow Client Signoff via Email
  • Enable Client Signoff Summary by ''Location''

 

Step 4: Navigate to the 'Clients' and select 'Timesheet Authorisers'

 

Step 5: Create a New Authoriser or click into an existing to amend.

 

Step 6: Add Authoriser to the required client and select location and press save.

 

Step 7: Navigate to 'Clients' and select 'Clients' option and location.

 

Step 8: In the 'Timesheet Settings' section and click on the + icon and add the Authoriser.

 

B. Workflow

Step 1: After the candidate has submitted their timesheets for their shifts you will click on the Timesheets tab and go to the client location and click on the Send Approval Invite.

 

Step 2: The Authoriser will receive an email with a Magic Link to authorise the Timesheets.

 

Step 3: The link will open the Web App where the shifts can be Selected and Approved or the Approve All option can be selected.
